These terms and conditions govern your use of the Be Wild AcuVet website (bewildacuvet.com) and the veterinary acupuncture services provided by Dr. Sophia Bosch, trading as Be Wild AcuVet.

Our Services

Be Wild AcuVet provides mobile veterinary acupuncture services for companion animals and exotic species. All services are delivered by Dr. Sophia Bosch, a registered veterinary surgeon with additional training in veterinary acupuncture.

Our services are provided as a complementary therapy and are intended to work alongside, not replace, the care of your animal's primary veterinary surgeon. We will not alter an existing medication or management plan without the knowledge and agreement of your referring vet.

Bookings and Appointments

Appointments are booked via our online booking system. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking where we consider it clinically inappropriate or outside the scope of our services.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or repeated no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances, including illness or adverse weather. We will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment.

Fees and Payment

Our current fees are set out on the Fees & Service Area page of this website. Fees are payable at the time of the booking unless otherwise agreed in advance.

We reserve the right to update our fees at any time. Any changes will be reflected on our website and will apply to bookings made after the date of the change.

Limitation of Liability

We take all reasonable care in providing our services. However, as with any veterinary treatment, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
